South korea passport, from Australia to South korea, stop over shanghai

Hello little bit confused that we are holding a south korea visa. But we stay in Australia.

We are gonna leave from Sydney to Shanghai on 26th March, and stay for 5 days in Shanghi
(111hours stay)
And From Shanghai to South korea on 31th of March
And then We are came back from South korea to Australia, just transit Shanghai for 4hours.
On 25th of April.

Is it qualified that we have 144 transit free? Thankyou.
