72 hours via HK ferry GZ and Exit Wuhan?

Is it possible to enter to GZ via ferry from HK and exit via Wuhan within 72 hours?

No, you need a visa. TWOV in Guangzhou requires you to fly to Guangzhou and leave Guangzhou by air without stop to the third country
