I am Shen Lin, i would like to know how can i find the apply form on line for renew my passport .

Hi, first, you are supposed make an online appointment for the application. You need to prepare the relevant documents and go to the Chinese consulate general to apply for the passport renew in person. You can check the detailed information from their official website.
