About:Marriage Registration in China

A chinese and a filipina married in philippines

I am a filipina and my husband was a chinese, we married here in philippines.. now we are planning to migrate in china, but Regarding to visa can i get it quickly ? Can i stay in china?

If you have marriage certificate, you can apply for family Q type from the China embassy in your country. Then, you can enter China with the valid Q type.
