About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

I need help concerning how to get the Physical Examination Record. Please

I apply to a university in China and they need my "physical examination record" which I don't know not to talk of how to get it.

You should do the medical examination at the designated hospitals. You can contact with the consular general to inquire about that.
