About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I re-enter PVG to catch a return flight?

I want to fly UK - Shanghai, spend 3 days and then leave China completely for 2 weeks then return to PVP to catch a return flight to UK. Is this allowed? Many thanks.
