Visa for Brazilian citizen in a third country

I’m in Southeast Asia and would like to apply for a regular tourist L for China (30 days).
Would I be able to get it in Bangkok? I’m travelling around so I don’t possess a fixed address or job, would that be a problem?
What do I need for applying when in a third country?

Based on last year's reports, no SE Asian country's Chinese embassy/consulate will issue visas to persons not already holding residence permits there, including Bangkok's.
