How to transfer from Beijing Capital terminal 3 to terminal 2

After I arrived at capital airport terminal 3, I have another international flight from terminal 2.

So how can I go to the terminal 2? I am Ethiopian and have 144 hours transit time, so do I need visa to stay in the airport?
