how to transfer from beijing capital terminal 3 to terminal 2

After I arrived at capital airport terminal 3, I have another international flight from terminal 2.So how can I go to the terminal 2? I am Ethiopian and have 144 hours transit time, so do I need visa to stay in the airport?

No, you don't need a visa when you stay in the transit area. There is a special passage between T3 and T2. You can just walk for around 15mins. Or there are also free terminal buses for you to choose.
