For Shanghai public transport card at Pudong airport?

where is the counter to buy SPTC at Pudong airpot?
what's opening hours (I'll arrive airport 1am night time)

I am afraid that the service center will be closed at that time. The opening hours are according to the metro operating time. By the way, you can purchase the transportation card at the service center of metro line 2 at PVG.
