HKG - SHA

I travel from Hk to Shanghai for 48 hours and then i flight to Beijing airport and then to Cairo. my flight to Beijing is not connencting flight, i have to collect my luggages in Beijing airport and to do check in for my next flight to Cairo, i will not go out from the airport. Do i need entry permit? My passport is from Schengen Agreement Countries.
