About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Pakistani passport 15 hours layover at Beijing while travelling to Australia get free TWOV?

Hello, I am travelling from Australia to Pakistan and then Islamabad (Pakistan) to Australia on Pakistani passport with 15 hours layover in Beijing airport both ways. Am I eligible to get the 24 hours twov exemption? I am travelling in China airlines.
