About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Nepali with Japanese permanent resident needs to visit Hongkong for office trip

Hello I need to go Hongkong for about 5 days business trip.
I need to reach on 19th March. Can I apply to visa within 8th March and get the entry permit?
