About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hongkong via Shanghai

Hi- I'm planning to travel from Frankfurt to Hong Kong with a 24 hour transit in Shanghai. Return the same way. Does the free entry in Shanghai apply? Im a Polish citizen. Thanks!
