About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Business trip for two days

Am I right in saying that so long as I am only in Shanghai for under the 72 hours, travelling from and back to the UK, I do not require a Visa?

You need a visa is you are not in transit to a third country. Also if Cathay Pacific you need one too.
