Tianjin Cruise Port: No Visa needed if staying on the cruise ship only ?

Now I like to know if no visa is needed if i only stay on the cruise ship Celebrity Millenium these three days at Tianjin Cruise Port (i will NOT leave the cruise ship to visiting Tianjin & BJ).

I am German citizen.
I will arrive at Tianjin International Cruise Home Port with the cruise ship Celebrity Millennium. The cruise ship comes from Incheon Port (South Korea), stays three days at Tianjin International Cruise Home Port (for visiting BJ) and then goes after that to Jeju Island Port (South Korea).
Am I eligible for 144 hour free-visa transit policy for visiting BJ (three days day by day or one day only) ?
(More information for you: At the beginning of the trip i flyed from Germany to Shanghai Pudong airport, stay fours days in Shanghai for visiting and then go to the cruise ship at Shanghai Cruise Port. For these days in Shanghai i will be eligible for 144 hour free-visa transit policy).

Your answer:
You need a Chinese visa. You are travelling South Korea-China-South Korea which is not a transit of China, and therefore does not qualify for 144 hour visa-free transit policy.
