Upon landing, take airport shuttle us to get to Puning Clothes Market Coach Station first. The bus schedules are 05:20, 07:20, 10:50, 11:50, 13:40, 14:50 and 16:30. The duration is around 1.5 hours. The ticket fare is CNY45/person. Then take a taxi to Puning Liusha Coach Station. There are several direct coaches that can take you to Kuitan. It takes around 40mins on the way.0
