how can we go to buerjin (kanasi) from kuitun in xinjiang?

We will arrive Kuitun early in the morning,  so when we can arrive Kanasi ?  Thank you

From Kuitun, there are two buses to reach Buerjin and I only know one bus at around 07:30. This bus arrives at Buerjin at around 16:00.
