How can we go to Buerjin (Kanasi) from Kuitun in Xinjiang?

We will arrive Kuitun early in the morning, so when we can arrive Kanasi ? Thank you

From Kuitun, there are two buses to reach Buerjin and I only know one bus at around 07:30. This bus arrives at Buerjin at around 16:00.
