Do you refer to Kuitan in Guangdong Province? If yes, you are suggested to take a taxi to Urumqi Railway Station. Take a train to Guangzhou Railway Station. Take metro line 2 to Gongyuanqian and transfer to metro line 1 to East Railway Station. There are several bullet train that can take you to Kuitan.
