About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, my flight starts in singapore - shanghai - Jeju with a layover of 18h45m for the first transit then when coming back Jeju - shanghai - singapore layover of 19h. Do i need to apply transit visa with double entries or i can apply temporary entry permit at arrival each time i transit?
