About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

How many time free visa entry in 1 month?

Dear Sir, dear Madam,
I would like to go to Xiamen for 3 days.
I would like to know if my route could be accepted:
Italy-Xiamen-Taiwan asking 72 or 144 twov
then to go back after 6 days in Taipei
Taiwan-Xiamen-Italy another 72 or 144 twov
or
Taiwan-Chengdu-Italy.
So I would like to know if I can get the free transit 2 times in the same month.

As long as your route and passport qualify, you can transit without visa as often as you want. By the way, both Xiamen and Chengdu only have 24 and 144 hours transit without visa now, not 72.

Is it allowed to apply for 144 h. twov and staying less time. Could I be fined?

You can stay for up to 144 hours. As long as it's no more than 144 hours, you will be fine. Don't worry.
