How long does it take to get a visa for hong kong

Hi my partner holds a vietnamese passport. We have a wedding to attend in hong kong. how long would it take to get a visa?

It usually takes four working days for the processing. But it also needs 4 to 6 weeks for the application process if the application will be transferred to HK immigration department
