You need to register on the official website of Shanghai International Marathon. The website has English version that you can find the information easily.

Hallo Pat, thanks for your answer - but under this webadress you find only the full marathon in Shanghai in fall-time. I m looking for the half marathon, which should take place in April 2019. The official website of the half marathon 2018, April, is still on air, but nothing to submit the 2019th run.Greetings .Norbert
