Singapore - Beijing - Malaysia

Hi,

We are travelling from Singapore to Beijing where we intend to stay 5 days and then go to Malaysia.
Are we eligible to the 144h free transit?
And if the Singapore Beijing stop in Kuala Lumpur is it fine as well?
Thanks
