About:China Rail Pass

Rail Pass

I purchased the rail pass for frequent travel between Wuxi and Shanghai but there is no way to use the self-service stations without a Chinese ID. How do I get an actual ticket? Do I just use the card at the gate?

From the online information, it seems the card should be used at the checkin gate directly and also when you exit from the gate. No paper ticket type appears during the whole process.
