About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

HK high speed rail - Guangzhou - Beijing - Russia

Brasilian citizen leaving from HK via the high speed rail to Guangzhou and leaving via air in under 24 hrs to Russia. This should qualify for 24 transit right? Asking because China customs at HK express train will not grant visa.

That land route always requires a visa. You'll have to get a flight from Hong Kong to Guangzhou.
