About:Hong Kong Hung Hom Station

Hi so if I book my tickets online, I have to collect them in person? Where?

And how long will this take? If I take a train from HK to Guangzhou, then how much earlier should I be at the station? Can I collect tickets from Guangzhou to HK in HK? Why can't I just buy a return ticket when booking the HK leg?

For high speed trains from HK to Guangzhou, you need to collect the paper tickets in West Kowloon Station ticket counter. Considering the ticket collection and time needed for immigration check, it would be better if you can be at the station around 2 hours in advance in case there is any delay.

You can submit the return from Guangzhou to HK together with the trip out from HK. If you want to collect the tickets for both trips in HK together, you can leave us this collection request in the booking form as a remark. We will follow your booking request. Thank you.
