turkish green special passport

Question

İ'm planning  to travel to China in this coming August. My purpose is for sightseeing for 12 days. Do i need a chinese visa , İ have been working for the turkish government for 25 years. İ ' m a civil servant and a green service passport holder.

As far as I know, if you hold diplomatic or service, special passports of Turkey, you can access to China with visa exemption.
