Obtaining a L visa while in Seoul

I’m a Canadian visiting Korea without a visa and am trying to get a tourist L in order to go to Beijing can anyone tell me anything about this process? I have all necessary paperwork I’m just not sure if I need to go through an agency or not

If you have all right documents, you can apply for tourist L type in person from the visa office.
