About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

Australian Resident with a UK passport.

I am a permanent Australian resident, with a UK passport. My Husband is Australian. Can we apply online, or visit the Brisbane office to obtain a visa?
Travelling in August for ten days. Also how much please?
