How early should I be at the station for immigration check？Thank you.

The ticket check and immigration check seems starts around 2 hours in advance. If you are traveling with passports, it would be better if you reach the station about 2 hours in advance as it takes longer time at immigration checkpoint. Travelers with HK travel permit is faster.0
