Hi ! Im have Ukraine passport, live in Tochigi , I ned viza to Shanghai for 1 week .. for world dog show ... im reserv hotel and bay ticket to China .... kan you help me whiz viza?

You can apply for tourist L type from the CAVSC. First, prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, residence permit, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to CVASC.
