Travelling from Brisbane to Beijing then on to uk

This trip involves brief stopover at Shanghai Airport (not leaving the airport) staying 104 hours in BJ. Will I be able to travel on a 144 hour visa?

The brief landing limits you to the 24 hour direct transit. Shanghai to Beijing is a domestic flight and you cannot leave the shanghai transit region when domestic flights are involved. Must be non-stop to the third country from Shanghai.
