About:Zhoucheng Village Tie-Dyeing

i am a canadian staying in USA for a few months - can i apply at Los Angeles China consulate?

i will fly to china march 1 from vancouver - it would be better if i didnt have to go back to vancouver and stay for days to get a china visa - i hope i can apply in LA?

i have been calling LA china consulate but no one to answer

You can apply at Los Angeles China consulate if the area where you reside belongs to the consular district of Los Angeles.
