Two entry visa or Multi?

I arrive Guangzhou from Australia, stay 1 night then go by train to Hong Kong for 2 nights, then back to China for 14 days before I leave from Shanghai for a 5 day cruise to Japan and back to Shanghai where I'll stay 4 nights before flying back to Brisbane. Two entry visa or multi?
