I work for airlines and have discount standby ticket

I have US passport, work for airlines and have discount standby ticket TPE-PEK(4 days)-HKG
Is that eligible for 144 hr transit?

You must have a confirmed onward ticket from China. Standby is not allowed for 144 hours transit without visa.
