what is the best way (with lowest transportation cost) from pek to hill lily hotel,

I and my wife will arrive at 13:15 on 7th March 2019 in PEK terminal 2. We've got 2 suitcases. We will stay at the HILL LILY HOTEL, No.26 Yunjing xi li, Tongzhou.I don't know how to use the bus shuttle and the subway and also I don't know how much is their cost. I would appreciate if you tell me the best way with the lowest price. thanks!

Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus Tongzhou Line and get off at Sun Flower Hotel first. The ticket fare is CNY30 per person. After arriving, walk southeast around 1km to find your hotel.
