What is the best way (with lowest transportation cost) from PEK to Hill Lily Hotel, Tongzhou?

I and my wife will arrive at 13:15 on 7th March 2019 in PEK terminal 2. We've got 2 suitcases. We will stay at the HILL LILY HOTEL, No.26 Yunjing xi li, Tongzhou.
I don't know how to use the bus shuttle and the subway and also I don't know how much is their cost.
I would appreciate if you tell me the best way with the lowest price. thanks!
