About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Wuhan

To take advantage of 144 hours transit in Wuhan, I have to purchase direct flights in and out of WH?

I mean the flights can’t stop over any city in China?

There must be no other landings in mainland china even for an hour. You must depart to a country that is not the same one you arrive in WH from. There are not many international flights so very few options that qualify like Tokyo to WH on ANA and WH to Malaysian to Kuala Lumpur.
