Hello, we left our country, Malta on 16th December 2018, took a cruise and visited many countries.

One of the countries was Sanya, Hainan, on 31st January 2019. We entered and left within one day with immigration procedure. Now we are disembarking in Shanghai on 17th February and leave for our country on the same day. Are we eligible for 144 hour exempt? Should we apply at the cruise terminal immigration office? Thanks

If you received the 30 day Visa then you are ok to go to Shanghai.
