About:China Visa on Arrival

Filippina from Philippines for VOA

Hi there,
I have a friend who will be traveling with me from HK to Zhuhai next week.
Would there be any time issue the VOA Office might be closed?
What are the chances she can get her VOA?

The VOA Office would be open, and it's possible for her to get VOA if she can meet the requirements.
