Re applying Z visa

I applied single entry for Z. When I entered china my mother got hospitalization and need to be accompined to go back in Philippines Asap. I wasnt able to apply for resident permit. And was asked to re apply to Z to get back in china again. Is it possible to use the notification permit that I used to get my first entry visa? Thank you

Hi, I think you need a new notification permit the reapplication. You can contact the visa office to inquire that.
