About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cruise ship out of Shanghai

Hi,
Was wondering if a cruise ship out of Shanghai with ports only in Japan and then ending back in Shanghai 8 nights later would qualify for 2 144-hour visas.

It depends on your passport and your stops immediately before and after Shanghai each time.
