Does the following cruise qualify for two separate 144 hour visas?

We are US citizens cruising from Seoul to Tianjin (3 days in Tianjin), then to Cheju City, South Korea, the cruise then ends in Shanghai.
We stay 4 days at a hotel in Shanghai before flying nonstop to Sydney. Might this qualify for 2 separate 144 hour visas?
