are small hole in the wall local noodle shops even in hustings open on qingming festival

I will be visiting Beijing on April 5-7. Which i know is a holiday in china. i have been wanting to go to 2 specific restaurants. yi wan ju and no.69 fangzhuanchang hutong noodles for zhajiangmian. I am worried that they will be closed during the holiday. i know that is a minor holiday and people say that restaurants are open. But i want these specific restaurants only not in general. considering that even its a minor holiday places still close. like how some restaurants in america are closed on super bowl sunday. will they be open? if they are what are the limited hours? i have been wanting to call them too. but i am afraid that i do. i get in trouble for calling from the USA.
