About:Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia

I want to authenticate my bachelor degree and non criminal record . I want to know the procedure

You should first get it notarized by the local notary public and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country; and then go to the embassy of China to get that attested. You can contact the embassy to confirm that.
