About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

I was over stayed for 4 months last year I was on tourist visa

and they catch me and I paid the panalty, my question is I can come back and apply entry permit still to China??? And promise not to over stayed again.

Maybe you can try to apply for a visa for China, but the result cannot be guaranteed. No visa will be needed.
