About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
I will travel from Shanghai (PVG) to see a friend living in Zhejiang from 3/21-3/25.
Then I will go to the Philippines on the 25th. But on the 29th I will go from the Philippines to New York. But on the way to New York there is a layover in Shanghai. Am I eligible for the 144 hour free transit?
