Transfer from Shanghai Pudong to Hongqiao train station

Hi, I am just wondering what form of transport you would recommend getting from Pudong to Hongqiao train station.

I actually arrive into Pudong airport and have to travel to Ningbo University but I have been told to get the train from Hongqiao train station. Would you recommend a cheaper solution. If not, I am just curious about the best way to transfer between the two.
