About:Visa on Arrival

I’m planning to visit SZ from HK with my sister next week

but found out there had been restrictions for Indonesian passports and Indonesian females. Is that true, and if it is, is it still applicable?

According to the rules, Indonesian holders can get it only if they have been granted a Chinese visa previously.

Yes but not according to the news: For Indonesian passport holders – no more VOA currently

So I’m very confused now. Is this list up-to-date?
