work permit. (this is an edited question)

hi! i have a family visa which is valid for 2 years. if i can get work permit from the cultural administration in china, will i be able to work legally by using this family and not the z?

After you get the work permit, you can try to change the Q type into work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. Then, you can work in China legally.
