About:Urumqi Diwopu Airport

1 hour layover at Urumqi Airport

HI,
I am Australian citizen and has 24 hours TOW ( no need visa for transit)
I am arriving by Air China in Terminal 2 and then fly by Air Astana to Kazakhstan from Terminal 3
Can I walk from Terminal 2 from Terminal 3? I know there is a free shuttle bus each 30 mins but I've got only 1 hour for the transit.
By the way, I will be doing online check-in so will just drop my baggage off in Terminal 3

Yes, you can. It takes around 10mins on the way. If you had already done the online check-in, you just need to checked the baggage.

HI Joseph,
Is 24hours TOW applicable for Urumqi as I've found several threads on forums where someone says only 2 hours MAX for layover in Urumqi.
